Byelection results show Tories still have work to do to win general election, says pollster Lyle

Former Tory staffer Yaroslav Baran said byelections in four safe seats were a poor test of how voters are responding to current issues. But former NDP staffer Cam Holmstrom said the two Manitoba ridings were a perfect ‘microcosm’ of the challenge facing the Tories.
