Members of first-ever Emergencies Act review committee get down to work, split on Trudeau’s invocation of order as work on witness list begins

Throughout most of February, trucks of all sizes and cars blockaded Wellington Street outside of Parliament and the Prime Minister’s Office, in what became a massive and costly disruption of life for downtown residents and businesses. A special parliamentary committee, composed of both MPs and Senators, has been established to get to the bottom of what transpired.
