Zhaohua Cheng is a PhD candidate at the faculty of forestry at the University of British Columbia (UBC). Lorien Nesbitt is assistant professor at the faculty of forestry, UBC. Sophie Nitoslawski is a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Forestry, UBC. Cecil Konijnendijk is director of the Nature Based Solutions Institute and professor at the faculty of forestry, UBC. Stephen Sheppard is professor and director of the Collaborative for Advanced Landscape Planning, UBC. 

Canadian cities need to align climate change and urban forestry policies
