Scot Hale is a lineman, former Powerline Designer, and the business manager of IBEW 37, which represents over 2,500 workers in New Brunswick in the utility, construction, maintenance, communications, broadcasting, engineering, administration and IT sectors. Among their members are a majority of Crown utility NB Power's employees.
