'I like the term anti-fragility. The idea that you can grow in the face of adversity or stress, or use disruptions and obstacles as a source of strength; it is the ability to overcome and improve. Those who are anti-fragile excel in problem solving and motivate all who surround them—they are always getting better,' write Rose LaBrèche, a Famous 5 Ottawa Norton Rose Fulbright Mentorship Program winner.
