Rob Annan, Rees Kassen, Jeff Kinder, and Rhonda Moore

Rob Annan is vice-president at Genome Canada and a fellow at the Public Policy Forum. Rees Kassen is a professor of evolutionary biology at the University of Ottawa. Jeff Kinder is executive director of science and innovation at the Institute on Governance. Rhonda Moore is practice lead for science and innovation at the Institute on Governance.
