Oliver M. Brandes is the associate director at the University of Victoria’s Centre for Global Studies and co-director of the POLIS Project on Ecological Governance. Richard Farthing-Nichol is the director of the Forum for Leadership on Water and a project manager at the Centre for Indigenous Environmental Resources. Michael Miltenberger served in the Northwest Territories Legislature from 1995-2015, 14 of those years as a cabinet minister. He is currently the principal of North Raven. Merrell-Ann Phare is a lawyer, author, and founding executive director of the Centre for Indigenous Environmental Resources.
