It took the Canadian Forces to bring the horrendous conditions to light. Painful as it may be, let us not take our gaze off too quickly. Could we hold those responsible to account? When we are emerging from the pandemic, can we start thinking in earnest about how we pay for decent standards of care in an aging society?
