Liberal MP John McKay and David Pratt

Liberal MP John McKay, who represents Scarborough-Guildwood, Ont., chairs the House National Defence Committee, and is the Canadian co-chair of the Canada-United States Permanent Joint Board on Defence. David Pratt was the Liberal Member of Parliament for Nepean-Carleton, Ont., from 1997 until 2004 and served as the minister of national defence. He is the principal of David Pratt & Associates, a government relations and strategic consultancy firm located in Ottawa.
