Glen Hodgson and Ryan Ness

Glen Hodgson is a senior fellow at the Conference Board of Canada. Ryan Ness is adaptation research director with the Canadian Institute for Climate Choices. The institute’s report, Under Water: The Costs of Climate Change for Canada’s Infrastructure, will be published on Sept. 29.
