Gilles Letourneau

Gilles Létourneau is a former president of the Law Reform Commission of Canada, chairman of the Somalia Commission of Inquiry. He served on the Federal Court of Appeal and the Court Martial Appeal Court of Canada. He is the co-author of the only legal text in Canada on military law, Military Justice In Action.
