David Gratzer and Stan Kutcher

Dr. David Gratzer is a psychiatrist at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health where he serves as co-chief of general adult psychiatry and health systems. Dr. Stan Kutcher is an Independent Senator from Nova Scotia and professor emeritus of psychiatry at Dalhousie University.
