Bill Bogart
Bill Bogart is a law professor at the University of Windsor, and author/editor of eight books, including his latest, Off The Street. He has developed international knowledge and expertise in the optimal mix of regulation and health/social supports to reduce harm from risk behaviours such as smoking, excessive gambling and alcohol consumption, and poor diet and lack of physical activity related to obesity.
