Harold Kalant

Harold Kalant, MD, PhD, FRS(C), has conducted research on cannabis since 1970, is co-chair of the expert advisory group on cannabis for CCSA, has chaired advisory committees on health effects of cannabis for the WHO and for Health Canada, and was an invited witness on cannabis for committees of the Commons, the Senate, and the Task Force on Legalization.
