Different ways of gaining access to Parliament Hill

Scaling the walls of Parliament to make a statement is one way of addressing and accessing Parliament.

While I have taken part in protests on Parliament Hill grounds, I've mainly been on the Hill to monitor Parliamentary committees and as an independent Parliamentary witness, usually on open government issues.
