Tories prorogue fun at Black History Month reception

Last week on Parliament Hill Immigration Minister Jason Kenney hosted a reception in Room 200 West Block to celebrate the beginning of Black History Month. The word "celebrate" should be used lightly, as when Party Central approached the bar to snatch a glass of complimentary vino, the bartender explained the event was totally dry aside for carbonated water in wine glasses. It was never explained what is incongruous about Black History...
